BCOR by Immunohistochemistry
Also known as: BCOR IHC
Use
The BCOR by Immunohistochemistry test is used for the detection of BCOR protein expression in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue samples. It aids in the diagnosis of tumors where BCOR expression is significant, such as certain sarcomas and other malignancies. This test provides critical information to pathologists and oncologists in determining the characteristics and classification of the tumor, which can guide treatment decisions.
