CD123 by Immunohistochemistry
Also known as: CD123 IHC
Use
The CD123 by Immunohistochemistry test aids in the evaluation of tissue samples for the presence of CD123, which is the alpha subunit of the interleukin-3 receptor. It is commonly used in the diagnostic workup of hematological malignancies, including certain types of leukemia and lymphoma where CD123 is overexpressed. This test can help in differentiating between subtypes of malignancies based on CD123 expression.
