Special Instructions
Manufacturer's instructions should be followed carefully. Biological indicator use must be tailored to needs so that regulatory and QC objectives are met.
Limitations
The test may not detect non-spore forming organisms or determine the presence of residual chemicals. Additionally, external conditions affecting the test ampule may lead to erroneous results if not properly controlled. Inappropriate transport conditions, such as freezing, can lead to rejection or compromised results.
