Limitations
The assay can detect and provide quantitative measurements within the range of 20−10,000,000 copies/mL. False positives may occur in patients who have received lentiviral vector-based CAR-T cell therapy due to cross-reactivity with assay targets. Exercise caution in such cases.

Collection Instructions
Centrifuge sample within 24 hours of collection. Transfer plasma to a screw-cap polypropylene transport tube. Ship frozen (preferred).
Storage Instructions
Freeze (preferred) or refrigerate. Stable at room temperature for 24 hours, refrigerated for six days, or frozen for six weeks.
