CD30
Use
CD30 is a transmembrane, type I, glycoprotein receptor from the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily that interacts with the CD30L cytokine ligand. CD30 antigen is reported to be expressed on the surface of multinucleated Reed Sternberg cells, classic Hodgkin lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma and subtypes, and virally transformed cells (e.g., EBV-transformed B-cells).

Limitations
Specimens must be fixed in 10% NBF or B plus. All other fixatives will be rejected. Ambient shipping conditions are recommended. Formalin-fixed Paraffin Embedded Tissue (FFPE blocks): Indefinite stability. Unstained slides: Indefinite stability.
