CD38, technical only
Use
CD38 is one of the earliest markers of mature naïve B-cell activation and is strongly expressed on plasma cells. Low to moderate levels of expression can be observed in various hematopoietic cells (T-cells, natural killer cells) and in some solid tissues. CD38 IHC is useful in classifying functional mature B-lymphocyte subsets.
