Use
Forkhead box P3 (FOXP3) is a transcription factor expressed in regulatory T-cells. FOXP3 functions as a master regulator of the development and function of natural T regulatory cells (nTregs) and adaptive / induced T regulatory cells (a / iTregs).

Technical component only. Pathologist read not included. Specimens may be transferred to 70% alcohol for transportation purposes after fixation in 10% NBF or B plus.

Collection Instructions
Fixative should be at a 20:1 fixative to tissue ratio, 10% neutral buffered formalin (NBF) for 6-72 hours (48-72 hours PREFERRED).
Storage Instructions
Specimens may be transferred to 70% alcohol for transportation purposes after fixation in 10% NBF or B plus.
Causes for Rejection
All other fixatives will be rejected.
