Nectin-4
Use
Nectin-4 is a cell adhesion molecule predominantly expressed during embryonic development and re-expressed in various cancers, including bladder, breast, and lung cancers. Its overexpression is associated with tumor proliferation, angiogenesis, and poor prognosis. Clinically, Nectin-4 serves as a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker and is a target for antibody drug conjugates.
Special Instructions
Fresh tissues should be fixed in formalin for 24-72 hours by collection sites, then transferred to 70% ethanol and stored at 2-8°C for longer term storage if needed. Samples must be tested 3 months after placing in ethanol. Unstained slides require positively charged glass to prevent background staining and tissue loss. Slides should be left unbaked.
Limitations
Stated turn-around-times are for clinical use only and may change based on biopharma protocol requirements. Final TATs will be specified in the biopharma study contract.
