OCT-2, technical only
Use
OCT-2 is a B-cell restricted transcription factor of the POU homeo-domain family that binds the Ig gene to regulate B-cell-specific genes. It is found in several B-cell neoplasms including myeloma, differentiate nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL), and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL). The test is technical component only, meaning that it does not include the pathologist read, which may be critical for full diagnostic purposes.
