Tertiary Lymphoid Structures Multiplex Immunohistochemistry Panel
Use
Chromogenic multiplex panel targeted towards tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) in solid tumors. It is designed to provide insights into the immune microenvironment of solid tumors by evaluating the presence and extent of TLS, which can be associated with immune response and potentially influence treatment outcomes.
Special Instructions
Specimens may be fixed in formalin for 24-72 hours by collection sites, then transferred to 70% ethanol and stored at 2-8°C for longer-term storage if needed. Samples must be tested within 3 months after placing in ethanol. Unstained slides require positively charged glass to prevent background staining and tissue loss.
Limitations
This test is available for use in clinical trials or research purposes only, and may not be suitable for routine diagnostic purposes. Specimen handling and fixative requirements are strict, and deviations from the specified conditions may affect test results. Specimens not fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin (NBF) or B plus will be rejected.
