TROP2
Use
TROP2 is a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation. It is often overexpressed in various epithelial cancers. In pathology, Trop2 is used to identify and assess the aggressiveness of carcinomas, particularly in cancers of the breast, colon, and lung, where its expression correlates with poor prognosis and metastatic potential.
