Annexin A1
Use
Annexin A1 (ANXA1) is a gene associated with phagocytosis and is highly upregulated in hairy cell leukemia. It is strongly expressed on the cell membrane in approximately 97% of classic hairy cell leukemia cases, enabling differentiation from other B-cell tumors where ANXA1 is negative, although expression may also occur in myeloid cells, macrophages, and subsets of benign T‑cells.
