B72.3 is a monoclonal antibody to tumor‑associated glycoprotein TAG‑72, which is expressed by a wide variety of human adenocarcinomas, including most invasive ductal breast, colonic, pancreatic, gastric, esophageal, lung, ovarian, and endometrial adenocarcinomas, while being absent from most normal tissues except secretory endometrium.
