Use
BCL‑10 is an N‑terminal CARD (Caspase Recruitment Domain) containing protein involved in the adaptive immune response and a substrate for MALT1. Mutations in the gene can lead to lymphoma, mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. The assay is useful in the assessment of pancreatic tumors to distinguish acinar cell carcinoma from primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET), solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT), and pancreatic blastoma (PB).

Formalin-fixed, paraffin‑embedded (FFPE) tissue block is preferred or one unbaked, unstained H&E slide (required) plus two to three positively charged unstained slides, 4–5 microns each. Block and slide identifiers must match requisition.
