BerEP4
Use
Ber‑EP4 is an immunohistochemical stain that recognizes two epithelial glycoproteins (~34 and 49 kDa) present on most epithelial cells—excluding superficial squamous epithelium, hepatocytes, and parietal cells—and rarely marks mesotheliomas. It is clinically useful to distinguish adenocarcinomas from mesotheliomas, especially in pleural specimens.
