Beta Catenin
Use
Beta‑catenin is an important regulator of cell‑cell adhesion and embryogenesis. Mutations of beta‑catenin can contribute to various human cancers. In normal cells, beta‑catenin localization is membranous; cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining is abnormal and signifies dysregulation—as seen in conditions such as Gardner syndrome, familial adenomatous polyposis, fibromatosis, colon and endometrioid ovarian carcinomas, synovial sarcoma, osteosarcoma, liposarcoma, palisaded myofibroblastoma, and other sarcomas.
