Calponin
Use
Calponin is a smooth muscle–associated calmodulin protein, with expression largely restricted to smooth muscle cells and myoepithelial cells. It can help distinguish in situ from infiltrating breast carcinoma, owing to its expression pattern, including its 29 kDa urogenital smooth muscle–restricted isoform.
