CD7
Use
CD7 is expressed on the majority of immature and mature T‑lymphocytes and T‑cell leukemia, as well as on natural killer cells and a small subpopulation of normal and malignant B‑cells. Detection of CD7 via immunohistochemistry can assist in identifying T‑cell leukemias and myeloid leukemias. Notably, CD7 expression is often lost in cases of mycosis fungoides.
