CK HMW (CK903/34BE12)
Use
CK903 (34βE12) is a high molecular weight cytokeratin present in squamous epithelium and their carcinomas. It recognizes cytokeratins 1, 5, 10, and 14 found in complex epithelia. It is not reactive in simple epithelia, mesenchymal tumors, lymphomas, melanomas, neural tumors, or neuroendocrine tumors, and is useful for identifying the basal cell layer in prostate tissue to aid in carcinoma determination.
