This add‑On Flow Cytometry panel is designed to clarify findings in samples already undergoing flow cytometry analysis at NeoGenomics for evaluation of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or mantle cell lymphoma. It is specifically intended to aid in immunophenotypic characterization and is not appropriate for minimal residual disease detection.
Special Instructions
Available in two service levels: Global (full interpretive service) and Technical Only. Only the Technical Only option is available as a stand‑alone order. This panel is only available as an add‑on in conjunction with Standard or Extended Leukemia/Lymphoma flow panels.
Limitations
This panel does not support detection of minimal residual disease (MRD). It must be ordered as an add‑on to an existing full leukemia/lymphoma flow analysis (Standard or Extended), unless ordered as Technical Only. No CPT codes are provided directly; users must contact NeoGenomics’ Billing Department. Specimens must meet standard requirements as per the referenced full panels.
