COMPASS® is a comprehensive diagnostic solution guided by a board‑certified hematopathologist, providing an accurate, actionable, and definitive diagnosis for complex hematologic malignancies by integrating consultation, clinical pathology evaluation, bone marrow morphology, flow cytometry, cytogenetics/FISH, and molecular testing as medically necessary.
Special Instructions
Includes COMPASS® consultation report, clinical pathology evaluation, bone marrow morphology, flow cytometry, cytogenetics and/or FISH, and molecular tests as medically necessary. If an NGS profile is medically necessary and FLT3 by PCR is added to provide faster results for prompt therapy selection in cases of new or suspected AML diagnosis, the additional FLT3 test will be client‑bill only—contact Client Services for details.
