Use
This antibody reacts with a subset of B-cells in the mantle zone and some immunoblasts outside the follicle. It reacts with most hairy cell leukemia cases and shows strong positive staining in some high grade B-cell lymphoma cases.
Special Instructions
For NYS clients, please provide the date and time of Collection. Block and slide identifiers should be clearly written and match exactly with the specimen ID and specimen labeling as noted on the requisition.
Limitations
Correct CPT coding is the sole responsibility of the billing party and should be checked with the payor being billed.

Collection Instructions
A formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue block is preferred, or one (1) unbaked, unstained slide for H&E staining and two to three (2-3) positively charged unstained slides (all cut at 4-5 microns) for each test/antibody ordered.
Storage Instructions
Use cold pack for transport, making sure cold pack is not in direct contact with specimen.
