FOXP1
Use
FOXP1 (Forkheadbox‑P1) is a transcription factor widely expressed in normal tissues and commonly deregulated in malignancies. It exhibits differential expression in resting versus activated B cells and is present in a subset of diffuse large B‑cell lymphomas (DLBCL), particularly the non‑germinal center, activated B‑cell type. Loss of expression correlates with poor prognosis in solid tumors like breast cancer, while high‑level expression of smaller FOXP1 isoforms identifies high‑risk DLBCL patients. Strong nuclear positivity correlates with poor prognosis in BCL2‑positive, t(14;18)‑negative, non‑GC DLBCL.
