Testing is performed by Fulgent Genetics; complete test description and gene list available via the referenced provider site. Global level of service. Transport specimens with cold pack not in direct contact; New York State clients must provide date and time of collection.
Limitations
Up to 23‑day turnaround; potential limitations include coverage restricted to the specified 30 genes—variants outside this gene set may go undetected. Correct CPT coding is responsibility of billing party.
