HBME1
Use
HBME1 is an anti‑mesothelial monoclonal antibody used in immunohistochemistry. It targets an unknown antigen present on the microvilli of mesothelioma cells. The stain characteristically marks normal mesothelial cells and epithelial mesotheliomas with a thick membrane pattern, and may also stain some carcinomas with cytoplasmic immunopositivity.
