Collection Instructions
FFPE tissue block is preferred; alternatively, one unbaked unstained H&E slide (required) and two to three positively charged unstained slides (all cut at 4–5 microns) per test/antibody ordered. Block and slide identifiers must match specimen ID on requisition.
