This Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH) assay detects rearrangements involving the MALT1 gene at chromosome 18q21, commonly associated with marginal zone B‑cell lymphoma and other non‑Hodgkin lymphomas.

Level of Service: Global or Tech Only. NOTE: Please exclude biopsy needles, blades, and other foreign objects from transport tubes to preserve specimen viability and safety. For New York State (NYS) shipments, please provide date and time of specimen collection. Use a cold pack during transport, ensuring it does not directly contact the specimen.
