Use
Mucin 2 (MUC2) expression is detected in human tissues such as normal colon, breast, prostate, and salivary gland, as well as in gastrointestinal, colonic, breast and prostate neoplasia. The antibody labels MUC2 in normal colon and colonic carcinomas producing intense perinuclear staining in goblet cells.

Formalin‑fixed, paraffin‑embedded (FFPE) tissue block is preferred; or one unbaked, unstained slide for H&E staining (required) and two to three positively charged unstained slides (all cut at 4‑5 microns); block and slide identifiers should match requisition.
