Use
The NeoTYPE HRR Profile is a molecular diagnostic assay integrating next‑generation sequencing (NGS) of 30 homologous recombination repair (HRR) genes along with immunohistochemistry (IHC) for PD‑L1. The combined assessment of DNA repair gene alterations and protein expression supports precision oncology by identifying biomarkers relevant for therapeutic stratification and prognostic insights in cancer care.
Special Instructions
Specimen requirements specify FFPE tissue—preferentially paraffin block using 10% buffered formalin fixation; zinc fixatives are contraindicated. For storage and transport, use a cold pack that does not directly contact the specimen. New York State clients must provide date and time of collection. Level of service applies globally. PD‑L1 testing is offered as a laboratory‑developed test (LDT, tech‑only).
