Use
This panel detects rearrangements (fusions) involving NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 genes, which are implicated in various solid tumors and can inform targeted therapy decisions.
Special Instructions
Level of Service: Global or Tech Only. For tech‑only, a circled H&E slide is required. For all orders, send a paraffin block, plus H&E slide (required) and five unstained slides cut at 4–5 microns. For New York State clients, include date and time of collection, and use a cold pack in transport without direct contact with specimen.
