OCT2
Use
Octamer Binding Transcription Factor 2 (OCT2) is present in all B‑cells expressing immunoglobulin. The combination of BOB1 and OCT2 stains is helpful in distinguishing classical Hodgkin lymphoma (where at least one marker is negative) from nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (both markers expressed). In classical Hodgkin lymphoma, staining patterns are BOB1− OCT2+ or BOB1+ OCT2−, whereas nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL) or diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma (DLBCL) stains BOB1+ OCT2+.
