p40
Use
The p40 antibody targets ΔNp63, an isoform of p63, offering equivalent sensitivity to p63 for detecting squamous cell carcinoma with markedly superior specificity—reducing misinterpretation of p63‑positive adenocarcinomas as squamous cell carcinoma. This supports routine use of p40 in diagnosing pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma.
