PAX8
Use
PAX8 is a nuclear transcription factor in the paired box family, playing key roles in fetal development and cancer growth, particularly in kidney cell differentiation and thyroid development. It is expressed in common renal cell carcinoma subtypes—including clear cell, chromophobe, and papillary carcinoma—as well as thyroid and ovarian carcinomas, with exclusive nuclear staining and strong performance in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues.
