PRAME
Use
PRAME (PReferentially expressed Antigen in MElanoma) is expressed in about 90% of melanoma subtypes and is negative in about 85% of cutaneous melanocytic nevi. Immunohistochemical analysis of PRAME may be useful for diagnostic purposes to support the diagnosis of melanoma.
