TIA1
Use
TIA1 is a 15 kDa cytoplasmic granule-associated protein expressed in lymphocytes with cytolytic potential. Immunohistochemistry using a monoclonal antibody to TIA1 is useful in the identification of cytotoxic T‑cell and NK‑cell neoplasms; most anaplastic large cell lymphomas and various T‑ and NK‑cell lymphomas/leukemias are positive, while B‑cell lymphomas, Hodgkin lymphomas, and lymphoblastic leukemias are negative.
