This test is intended for individuals exhibiting features indicative of hereditary breast cancer, those diagnosed with early-onset cancer at age 45 or younger, individuals with a family history suggestive of hereditary breast cancer, and individuals of Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry with a personal or family history of breast cancer.
