Use

This assay detects high‑risk HPV types 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66 and 68. When high‑risk HPV is detected, this test reflexes to identify whether genotypes 16 or 18 are present. This provides both pooled high‑risk detection and genotype‑specific reporting for types most strongly associated with cervical cancer.
