Special Instructions
Includes Image‑Guided Pap using either ThinPrep® or SurePath™ cytology platforms; components (Pap, HPV reflex or co‑test, CT/NG) may also be ordered individually. Age‑based reflex rules: for 21–24 years, Pap with CT/NG; 25–29 years, Pap with CT/NG plus reflex to HPV mRNA if ASC‑US; 30–65 years, Pap with CT/NG plus HPV mRNA co‑test and reflex to HPV genotyping (16, 18/45) if indicated.
