Myasthenia Gravis Panel 3
Use
Myasthenia Gravis Panel 3 is a comprehensive serum antibody panel used in the diagnosis and assessment of myasthenia gravis (MG), an autoimmune neuromuscular disorder characterized by mild to severe muscle weakness. This panel evaluates antibody responses against acetylcholine receptor (AChR) subtypes (binding, blocking, modulating) as well as striated muscle autoantibodies, enhancing the sensitivity and specificity of MG diagnosis and aiding in guiding appropriate therapeutic decisions. The panel is part of Quest’s extensive autoimmune neurology portfolio covering known myasthenia gravis–related antibodies, improving detection accuracy, and reducing misdiagnoses.
