Potato (f35) IgG
Use
IgG‑class antibodies against potato (f35) are sometimes measured to explore possible food sensitivities. Although IgG responses to foods are commonly considered part of normal physiologic exposure, clinicians may interpret elevated levels in the context of patient symptoms, noting that such tests are not definitive for diagnosing food allergy or sensitivity and should be correlated clinically and confirmed by other methods if needed.

Limitations
This assay is not FDA‑cleared or ‑approved; analytical performance characteristics were internally validated by Quest Diagnostics. Results should not be used as definitive diagnostic evidence of food allergy and require clinical correlation or supplemental testing methods.
