The Genomic Unity® Dementia Analysis is a diagnostic test designed to identify genetic variants that cause dementia. It provides a unified clinical report and is specifically targeted towards individuals with symptoms consistent with dementia. This test identifies clinically relevant variant types affecting dementia-related genes.

Limitations
The test does not fully cover the GBA gene, which may lead to undetected pathogenic variants in this gene. The APOE genotype is provided for informational purposes only and no interpretation regarding risks associated with this gene is reported. Short tandem repeats are not reported in the PRNP gene.
