Use
This test identifies allergen-specific IgE levels in the serum to determine sensitivity to apple allergens. Clinical relevance of detected IgE levels varies depending on concentration ranges, and may not directly correlate with clinical response or skin testing results. A comprehensive assessment considering medical history and context with potential in vivo reactions to the allergen is crucial. A negative result does not exclude the possibility of clinical allergy or anaphylaxis.

Limitations

IgE levels may not perfectly align with clinical symptoms, and these results should be used as part of a broader diagnostic examination by a specialist.
