Use

Limitations
Allergen-specific IgE levels may not directly correlate with the severity of allergic reactions experienced by patients. A negative result does not definitively rule out the possibility of an allergy or anaphylaxis. Testing is limited by cross-reactivity in some allergens, and low-level results (0.10-0.34 kU/L) should be considered indeterminate and interpreted with caution by specialists.
