Use

Special Instructions
Multiple patient encounters and specimen tubes should be avoided to ensure the integrity of specimen collection and data accuracy. Clinicians are advised to separate serum from cells as soon as possible or within two hours to maintain sample viability.
Limitations
While allergen-specific IgE levels can highlight sensitization to various allergens, they do not necessarily correlate with clinical symptoms or predict the severity of allergic reactions. The results should be interpreted in conjunction with a patient’s clinical history and other diagnostic tests. A negative result does not exclude the presence of an allergy or hypersensitivity.
