Order TestUse
This assay is primarily used to monitor response to anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody therapies such as rituximab in autoimmune disorders, by enumerating B cells in peripheral blood. It is also used to evaluate for primary B‑cell deficiency conditions including agammaglobulinemia, common variable immunodeficiency, and hypogammaglobulinemia. Refer to the more quantitative test 3016431 for detailed flow cytometric enumeration. (Change effective as of March 20, 2024) via redirect recommendation.
