BCL6
Use
BCL6 is a proto-oncogene mainly expressed in germinal center B-cells. In several subtypes of non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL), a translocation occurs which juxtaposes the BCL6 gene at 3q27 resulting in BCL6 overexpression, which can be detected via immunohistochemistry (IHC).
