Use
CD20, L26 by IHC is a technical (stain and return) immunohistochemical assay used to detect CD20 antigen in tissue or cellblock specimens. It aids in the identification and classification of B‑cell lineage in diagnostic pathology, particularly useful in evaluation of lymphoid tissues.
Special Instructions
Submit electronically via ARUP Connect or with ARUP Immunohistochemistry Stain Form (#32978) if electronic ordering is unavailable. Use ARUP tissue transport kit #47808 for sending blocks or slides. Follow handling instructions to avoid excessive heat. New York state approved.
Limitations
Frozen specimens are unacceptable. Do not submit depleted specimens or non‑representative tissue types. If submitting precut slides, do not oven bake. Slides or blocks must be adequately fixed and embedded; cell specimens must be in cellblock format.
