Use
CD7 antigen is found on the surface of mature T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells. This marker is useful as part of an antibody panel designed to classify tumors of T-cell origin such as T-ALL, anaplastic large cell lymphomas, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, T/NK cell lymphomas, lymphoblastic lymphomas, and thymoma.

Fixative should be at a 20:1 fixative to tissue ratio, 10% neutral buffered formalin (NBF) for 6-72 hours (48-72 hours PREFERRED).
