Cyclin-dependent kinase-4
Use
CDK4 is a cyclin-dependent kinase that associates with the D-type cyclins and is important in the progression of cells from G1-phase to S-phase of the cell cycle. This antibody does not cross-react with other members of the CDK family and may be used to differentiate benign tumors from sarcomas and osteosarcomas.
