Use
This test provides a comprehensive urine-based drug monitoring panel intended to detect multiple drug classes and their metabolites, with confirmation testing performed when initial screening results meet or exceed established cutoffs.
Special Instructions
Orderable as a panel; includes automated screening and reflex confirmation at additional charge per drug class. Providers should ensure proper specimen validity (e.g., creatinine, specific gravity, pH) is available.
Limitations
Initial immunoassay screening may produce presumptive positives requiring confirmation. Confirmatory testing (e.g., GC/MS or LC/MS) may add additional turnaround time. As a non‑DOT panel, it does not include cannabinoids (THC) unless noted otherwise elsewhere.
